SHIPPING

Nēktar Australia currently only ships within Australia.

Costs

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $140 within Australia. For orders under $140, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 applies.

For express delivery, we offer a flat rate of $14.90 within Australia 

Expected delivery times

Standard Shipping: Approximately 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: Approximately 1-3 business days 

Orders within Australia will generally arrive within the above time frames.  Deliveries to Western Australian or remote places may take longer. Please note delays can occur during peak season and holiday periods.

Dispatch

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 1pm ACST will be shipped the same day and all orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped the next business day. We always endeavor to dispatch your orders as fast as possible.

Note

For all orders under $200, there is a standard ATL (Authority to leave) as long as there is a safe place. If you do not wish to have an ATL, please let us know prior to your order.
