Refund policy

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation, nēktar does not refund orders for change of mind or accidentally placed online orders. 

If you have received damaged or faulty goods please contact us immediately (within 5 days) by emailing us at contact@nektar.com.au with a photo and description of the damage or fault.  Accompanying pictures are required so we are able to ascertain a better understanding of the problem.  We will do our absolute best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  

Faulty Goods

In the event your item is deemed faulty, we will offer you a full refund or replacement of product. Refunds will be processed promptly to the same method with which payment was originally made. Nēktar may request the item be returned to our head office for further investigations. If this is the case, we will cover any costs involved with returned shipping.

Damaged Goods

In the event your item has been damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement of product to be sent to you.  Nēktar is not responsible to replace all items within the order- only the damaged items.  You will not be responsible for the cost of dispatching replacement products.
